1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MFU Verify ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

MFU Verify is a verification service designed to help Mae Fah Luang University (MFU) students verify their identity and link their Instagram accounts to prevent impersonation and scams. The Service allows students to authenticate using Facebook Login and verify their Instagram accounts.

3. User Eligibility

The Service is intended for use by current Mae Fah Luang University students. By using this Service, you represent that:

• You are a current MFU student
• You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful
• You own or have authorization to verify the Instagram account you link

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not use the Service for any fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Not attempt to verify accounts that do not belong to you
• Not circumvent or interfere with the Service's security features

5. Facebook Login Integration

When you use Facebook Login to access our Service:

• We collect your Facebook profile information (name, email, and user ID)
• We use this information solely for authentication and verification purposes
• You can revoke our access at any time through your Facebook settings
• We are bound by Facebook's Platform Terms and Data Use Policy

6. Instagram Verification

The Instagram verification process requires you to temporarily add a verification code to your Instagram bio. By using this feature:

• You confirm you own or control the Instagram account being verified
• You understand the verification code is temporary and can be removed after verification
• You consent to us checking your Instagram bio for the verification code

7. Data Collection and Use

We collect and store:

• Facebook profile information (name, email, Facebook ID)
• Instagram username and verification status
• Student ID and email (if provided)
• Verification timestamps and status

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Attempt to verify accounts that do not belong to you
• Use automated tools or bots to access the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by MFU Verify and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MFU Verify and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Third-party conduct or content on the Service
• Any other matter relating to the Service

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms of Service
• Is harmful to other users or the Service
• Exposes us or other users to legal liability
• Is fraudulent or involves misrepresentation

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the appropriate courts in Thailand.

17. Severability
